The Ultimate Time Saver ... Spend less time setting up and more time creating. This 4-pack of round silicone coaster molds lets you cast a complete matching set without waiting to reuse a single mold. No mold-building or seams to seal. Just place your molds on a level surface, mix your epoxy resin, and let the creativity flow.

Bring Your Vision to Life with the Perfect Round Coaster Mold! ... Turn your favorite colors and creative ideas into custom epoxy resin coasters. Whether you're making a coordinated set for your coffee table, personalized gifts, or something new for your craft collection, these round molds make a great starting point. Each mold features a smooth casting surface and a recessed perimeter groove that creates a raised lip around your finished coaster, giving your handmade coasters a frame to keep beverage condensation contained.

Use It Over and Over Again ... Your next idea deserves another pour! These reusable silicone coaster molds are made for more than a single project. Allow your epoxy resin to fully cure, gently flex the mold to release your coaster, and prepare for your next creation. Handle your molds with care to help preserve their shape and casting surface between uses.

BIG Value in Every Pack! ... Get more room to create without a big upfront investment. With four matching molds included, you can pour a coordinated set, test a different color combination in each mold, or make extras for gifting. It’s a budget-friendly way to get started with resin coaster making or add a new shape to your collection.

Flexible by Design ... Lightweight, flexible white silicone makes it easy to peel the mold away from your fully cured coaster. The slightly translucent material lets you see the supporting structure underneath, while the casting surface above it stays flat and smooth. That means the support pattern stays with the mold, not on your finished design!

Unleash Your Amazing Creativity ... Go bold with colorful swirls, add shimmer with mica powder, or experiment with glitter and dried floral accents. Create ocean-inspired coasters, match your home’s color palette, or design a one-of-a-kind gift set. From simple single-color pours to layered resin art, there’s plenty of room to make each coaster your own.

Storage & Care: Clean your molds gently with mild soap and water, then allow them to dry completely before using or storing. Store flat in a cool, dry place, and avoid placing heavy objects on top. Keep sharp tools away from the casting surface, avoid direct flame and excessive heat, and demold gently without overstretching the silicone. Mold lifespan varies with resin type, casting conditions, and care.

Shipping times range from 2-4 business days and may be subject to carrier delays depending on the shipping address location, shipment method, and other factors.

FAQs

How long does it take to cure?

Deep Pour epoxy will cure in 72 hours.

How much mica powder do I add to the mixture?

Start with a small amount and gradually add more, until you achieve the opacity desired. It is not recommended that you use more than 3 grams of mica powder to each gallon of epoxy.

Can I use Deep Pour for a top coat?

Deep Pour was designed to be finished, therefore, we would recommend that after it has cured, it is covered with our Table Top epoxy, for a high-gloss finish, or that it be sanded and polished for a lower-gloss finish.

Do I need a seal coat?

Yes. We always recommend applying a seal coat when working with wood and other porous materials. The sealcoat will fill the small cracks, crevices and pores in the material, which will eliminate most air bubbles during subsequent pours.

I see that this product can only be poured at a depth of 2”. Can I layer it to achieve a greater depth?

Yes. You can pour additional layers of 2” at a time, once the previous layer has achieved a tacky cure (approximately 24 hours). At this point, the epoxy will have gelled but the surface will be tacky to the touch. For larger projects, limit your depth to 1 1/2” at a time.

Can I pour additional layers of 2” on epoxy that has been fully cured?

Yes, but the previous layer should be sanded lightly with a 220 grit sandpaper and then wiped down with a soft cloth to remove any debris.

Is the epoxy food safe?

Yes, it is! It complies with the standards listed in FDA 21CFR 175.300, for food contact.

Is the epoxy heat and UV Resistant?

Our epoxy products can withstand heat resistance up to120F. It is also UV resistant for indoor and covered patio use, but prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or for use in full-outdoor applications is not recommended.
